Do you provide an invoice for my order?Yes. Once we have received an order and payment has been cleared, the invoice will be sent to you via email.
My item on order is no longer in stock due to high demand?If a product is unexpectedly out of stock or production has stopped for that particular style, we will inform you accordingly by email. You can choose to have the refund or replacement with other products.
How do I cancel an order?If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If the package has already been dispatched, then we are not able to cancel or change the order. Generally, if your order is in an early part of the processing stage, you may still be able to change or cancel it. You can ask for a refund or we can provide the payment as a voucher for future orders.
Does the item price include the delivery cost?The item price does not include the delivery cost. The online ordering system will generate a courier delivery cost for your order at Checkout.
Does the item price include the VAT rate?No, all items do not include the VAT rate as we are not VAT registered.
How do I know if my payment has been received?Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order. You can also visit britishleggings.com and log into your customer account to check the order status at any time. If Britishleggings.com has received payment, the order status will show “Processing”.
What is Paypal?PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at britishleggings.com to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account). Britishleggings.com cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal’s server. This limits the risk of unauthorised use and access.
Can I get a discount if I make a larger order?Yes, the more pieces you purchase, the higher the discount. For example, if you buy over 10 pieces, you will obtain a discount voucher code by email. Here at britishleggings.com we monitor quantities ordered by customers and send out any relevant discount coupons for your next purchase. If you wish to order a huge quantity, please contact email@example.com and provide the following information: - The product(s) that you are interested in - The exact order quantity for each product - Your desired timeframe Our Sales Department will reply to you with a quotation including the discount voucher applied. Please note that the larger the order, the more postage you will save.

How do I return/exchange an item?Please check our Returns Policy section for more information. We will refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a unused condition within 7 days from delivery receipt. Returns are your responsibility as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service, and so we recommend you send back items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar trackable method. Please note: It's the customer's responsibility to cover any return postage for unwanted items.
How about product availability?Stock can be in two states on our website, available or out of stock. Available means we dispatch your order immediately upon completion of your order. We ask that you allow approximately 5-7 working days for delivery.
How do I register an account?Simply click on “Login / Register” from the My Account section at the footer of the main page. Complete all the required fields. If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order. If you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, click on the “Checkout” button, part of the checkout process is to login to your current account or tick the box for “create an account” if you do not have an account with us.
Do I need to register?You have the option of registering with britishleggings.com if you are making a purchase. You can access your account at any time by using your login details, username and password. Only you will have access to this information. You can also checkout as guest when making a purchase. This method does not register an account with us. Signing up for a newsletter does not create a customer account. In order to create an account with us, follow the guidelines in the ‘ Login / Register” section.
How do britishleggings.com keep their prices so affordable?We buy and produce a lot of garments direct from our manufacturers, and sell the garments only on our online store. Each manufacturer has considerable experience in the clothing industry. In addition, we have invested a lot in a fast and cost-efficient distribution system. It allows us to offer goods to our customers at the very best prices possible.
Am I allowed to use the pictures of the product for my affiliate marketing ?Yes, you can use the pictures of the products sold by us but only for the affiliate program. These are not for any other Marketing / Advertising / Promotional activities.
How to I change my delivery or billing address?Click on “My Account” from either the menu or footer where you can click on the “Edit Address” link. Simply enter your new address details for the billing or delivery section.
Can I change my password?Click on “My Account” from either the menu or footer where you can click on the “Change Password” link. Simply enter and confirm your new password. You will be notified by email on the change.
What if I forget my password?Click on “My Account” from either the menu or footer where you can click on the “Lost Password” link. Provide us with your registered email address and we will email your password to you. Please note that passwords are case sensitive.
Why should I create a user account?Before placing an order, you need to create a user account. When you log in to your user account, your personal details are already stored so that you don’t have to enter them again when placing a new order. You also have access to “My Account”, where you can get a full overview of your profile, pending orders, order history, shipping and payment details.
What should I do if I want to add or remove the items in the cart?Please sign into your britishleggings.com account and select the shopping cart on the top right of the page. You will be able to view all of the items that are currently in the shopping cart. If you wish to delete an item from the cart, simply click on the “X” icon next to the item. If you wish to change the quantity for any individual item, simply enter the new amount you want to purchase in the “Qty” column.
How can I order from www.britishleggings.com?Simply select an item from anywhere on the site, choose your preferred size and the quantity you want and then add to your shopping bag. When you have finished shopping, view your shopping cart (top right of page) and review your choices. When viewing the contents of your cart, you may also delete an item by clicking the “Delete Item” button or adjust the size and colour by clicking the “Edit Option” button. Once you’re happy with what you have. Click Proceed to Checkout. From there, follow the prompts for your delivery address, payment details and billing address (if different from your delivery address). If this is your first time shopping with us then you will be asked to register an account. If you are already registered with us, simply sign-in using your username and password. We process all our payments through a Barclays Bank / Paypal secure server. We do not store your credit card details for added security. When will my credit card or paypal account be refunded?Upon return of the garment in its original condition we will refund the purchase price via the initial payment method (card, paypal etc). Please allow 3 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this. After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.
How can I return purchased items?Before returning any items to us, please make sure you understand our return policy page and that you meet all the criteria. The first step is to contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or download the Returns Form from our website. Please provide us with the following information: a. The original order or invoice number. b. The reason for the return. Once we have agreed to accept the returned item, please ensure you write on the Returns Form your order number and email/Paypal ID so that we are able to locate your order information. Every Return Form should be enclosed with any return and can be downloaded from the footer section of our website. Please note:- The return process can only be initiated within 7 calendar days upon receipt of your items. We can only accept returned products that are in their original condition. Do you ship internationally?Yes! Please check the International Delivery section for information on shipping rates to your country. This information can be found on the footer menu of the website.
If Customs duties are incurred for international orders, who is responsible for them?Customs is a governmental agency responsible for regulating the shipments entering a specific country or region. All shipments being sent to or from region must clear Customs first. It is always the buyer’s responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant Customs duties. Britishleggings.com do not add taxes, VAT, duty, or any other hidden charges.
How do I know if my items have been dispatched or not?When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. Please email us if you require a tracking number from the courier service company. Once we provide you with the tracking number, you will be able to check the item delivery status online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company.
Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping rates?We ship worldwide. The exact shipping rate varies based on the item weight and the destination country. We will always suggest the most appropriate shipping weight for our customers to help to save money. Our goal is always fast and secure delivery of items to our customers. Britishleggings.com usually offer two methods of delivery for lower weight items.
Do you have a size guide?Yes! You can find it on the footer menu of the website or every product detail page. We designed the chart to help you choose your correct size, but because sizing and design may vary for different styles, we recommend you use the information as a guideline only. Britishleggings.com will also provide dress specific descriptions for every product. Please check carefully the product description on the product page for exact sizes. These will be given in inches or cm. If you are between sizes or are unsure which size to purchase and would like further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Most of our leggings are in a one size and if there is various sizes for a pair then we recommend always getting the size above if you are between sizes.
